Equifax Consumer Services, Affiliates & Hillis Lawsuit

I received notice that Equifax Consumer Services LLC has entered into a class action settlement in Hillis v. Equifax Consumer Services, Inc. and Fair Isaac Corporation, known as, “the Hillis lawsuit”.
