Test Drive Live.com

I’ve been doing some test searches on Live.com, which was just announced by Microsoft as coming out of beta. Looks pretty good so far, but I’ve only been doing the ones I look at the most, top terms, vanity terms, etc. The results are changing a little as I speak, a site I had checked a few minutes ago had a cache dated August 26, now it is listed as September 10, so there could be more movement coming. A vanity term I checked about ten minutes ago had different results on the fourth page when comparing both MSN.com and live.com, now they are exactly the same. Looks like they may still be having trouble with product searches, seeing sites listed several times on the same terms, and pages that really shouldn’t be listed for product searches, like about us pages, etc. I’m not disapointed, yet, but a lot of digging to go.
