Google Logo Identity Crisis

Google usually creates interesting logos for holidays .. well, today was no different. There is a very special Valentine’s Day Logo on the Google homepage, but it is missing the “L” … makes me wonder ~ what ever happened to QA?

Perhaps next time they just take this approach to get more page Views………but I Agree

Well, Debbie Googe was the bassist for My Bloody Valentine!

"L" stands for loving feeling. Google has lost it.

They knew exactly what they were doing and achieved the result they had hoped for…publicity.

I'll just copy/paste what i've been telling some other folks :p

The Google logo is so well known that people would recognize it with G _ _ _ _ e if the original colors are used. They kinda take advantage of that and focus more on the occasion rather than making it completely legible as Google.

Plus that stem can be easily read as L.

Maybe someone ate the L already?

I think they may have ate it as well Rosie

The L might be missing, but you still read is as "Google" don't you??
