Oh to be in Santa Barbara! unfortunately - between shuttling to New York and Johannesburg and preparing for our upcoming exhibit at Ad-Tech London (stop around the Forge Booth!) and a *very important* 5th birthday for a special little girl I could not get to SB!
I’m glad to see that CJ finally announced the public launch of the long anticipated WebServices Interface.
It’s awesome to have access to the full power of the advertiser SOAP functionality. As an outsourced affiliate manager (OAM) and an CJ preferred partner we’ve long been campaigning for more readily available publisher and campaign performance information. By blending the information that CJ has placed at our disposal with our integrated CRM and Call Center Application were able able to build a single view of our publishers across multiple clients and respond far faster to inbound requests and on outbound campaigns.
Using CRM and webservices from CJ, DT and other networks we’re able to view the performance of publishers in a single place, enabling us to build a much better scorecard on which to base performance and help us manage our relationships.
Isn’t it time that the last of the networks realized that webservices have become more than just SOAP’Y water? This technology adds some serious value for the serious players!
Well done CJ!
