Over on Google Buzz, Jeff commented that I criticized him for criticizing others. I don't agree with that (not shocking to anyone, especially Jeff) as I am encouraging Jeff to offer solutions to the issues he points out. I know that Jeff speaks at conferences and to companies about using social media but I have not read anything where Jeff says how to use social media positively.
