Offline conversion tracking is a big deal and increasingly important part of online advertising. The phone tracking sounds useful to advertisers who take phone orders. The key is tracking in-store conversions for retailers etc. who have stores. Check out revtrax as an in-store conversion tracking solution that can attribute an in-store sale back to a specific keyword via a search campaign. pretty neat stuff. </description>
