In any ponzi scheme the people responsible for the scheme, when identified are arrested and sent to jail and any asset/income from such a scheme is confiscated as long, as it can be located. The subprime abuse was nothing more than a ponzi scheme. Why are they not be investigated and prosecuted and jailed, instead of going off into the sunset with billions of dollars, while the tax payers hold the bag? What's wrong with our legislators? Why don't they understand this and take more severe actions? SHAME ON YOU!
