Thanks for the “TAG”, David. I will make it my New Years Resolution to be a more active ReveNews Blogger in 2007!
Without further ado, here are “5 Things You Don’t Know about Me”
- I was born on Super Bowl Sunday - January 13, 1974 - and my wife’s “due date” for our first child is February 3, 2007, Super Bowl Sunday.
- I grew up in a town called Holland, Michigan, and marched every year from Kindergarten through 6th grade in the annual “Tulip Time” parade.
- I was at the NBA Slam Dunk Contest @ Chicago Stadium in 1988 when Michael Jordan jumped from the free throw line and flew 15 feet for the drunk. Later that year, I was a ball boy in an NBA Eastern Conference Championship game in Detroit, Michigan between the Boston Celtics and Detroit Pistons.
- At age 20, I was Co-Founder of a CD-ROM company called Stella Interactive - named after the CEO’s wife’s pet chicken - which became FANSonly.com, and then StudentAdvantage, and then CollegeSports.com and today is CSTV, which is owned by CBS.
- I produced my own full-length infomercial earlier this year for an affiliate program I dreamed up one night, CashFlowFromCreditCards, while fiddling with my AdWords account and a Rice Brothers (”Cash Flow Generator“) ad came on.
Happy Holidays and All The Best in 2007!
Ben
