Amanda's positive approach to documenting humanitarian work is unique and needed. She presents the human spirit: honest, transparent and curious. I love that she's doing this work!

Your interview and Amanda seem to share a lot - positive, intellectually honest and forthright, charming, inspiring, beautiful.

"I see it as a mystic, but I don’t think being a professional makes any difference."
When people show me that they see interesting value in every person, and each of those person's efforts, regardless of their conditions, timeline of their journey, or their status - I'm struck to listen more intently and to enjoy it all the more. When we travelers can shed our own clothes and really look at the hues and tones surrounding the things around us, we learn a great deal more about ourselves and our own inner joy grows as well. Angel and Amanda, thank you for contributing to mine here.

Amanda's choice of words, "see it as a mystic", reminded me of this line from Van Morrison's song "Into the Mystic"...

Let your soul and spirit fly into the mystic

The song's other lyrics tie into this interview's undertones, into Angel's character, through my own ocean journey to find and ponder on positives in my life and in other's too (Amanda has that outlook SO right), and tie into the mojo Amanda's work and words bring to the world.

Amanda and Angel, great interview and message - you rocked my gypsy soul with it all. It dripping in the goodness that surrounds us all.
